Rehgan Hartsell Head Coach

Hey Dillos! As we dive into the summer of 2025, let’s celebrate Coach Rehgan’s tenth season with the Georgetown Aquadillos and is thrilled to lead the team as the Head Coach! Coach Rehgan, a true Aquadillo at heart, recently made a triumphant return to her alma mater, Georgetown High School, in 2022. Not only is she a Special Education (SpEd) certified history teacher, but she’s also the assistant Eagles swim coach. Education: Coach Rehgan graduated in 2021 from Southwestern University (SU), where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on history. But that’s not all—she was a fierce competitor in the pool! As a member of the women’s swim team for four years, she competed at the NCAA championships in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and 100 Fly. Now, as the head coach of the Aquadillos, she’s ready to lead her swimmers to victory! So, let’s cheer for the Aquadillos as they make waves in the summer sun! -Coach Rehgan

Ryley DeHart Age-Group Coach

I started swimming in October 2023 for east view high school after not making the basketball team and I fell in love with the sport and have been obsessed with it ever since. I joined dillos for the first time in 2024 and loved it and I transferred to ghs over the summer and have been swimming with them for the 2024-2025 season and have improved dramatically since i've been with ghs. I recently joined golds in January of this year and have seen even more progress and improvement with them. I have never coached before but I believe that I can be good at it and give good advice to the young generation of swimmers. I am a sophomore in high school and I have gone to public school all my life. I haven't had many accomplishments in the sport of swimming because i am still a bit new to the sport but I am looking forward to accomplishing some big swim related goals in the near future.

Maddie Harris Age-Group Coach

Hi my name is Maddie Harris, and I am so beyond excited to be a coach this season! I started swimming when I was 8 years old and continued doing it until I was 13. I have always loved to dance, so I took a brief break to start my dance career. This past school year I was provided the opportunity to join my highschool’s swim team, and I happily did so. I rediscovered my love for swimming , and I plan on continuing the rest of my highschool career. This is my first year coaching Dillos, but it is not my first year coaching. I have taught multiple classes, and summer camps at my dance studio over the past two years and I love it! I am currently a junior, but soon heading into my senior year. I am apart of my school’s National Honor Society, currently taking dual credit classes, intern at the Early Learning Center through my education class, and on the path to graduate with a teacher’s aid certification. Some of my proudest accomplishments are going to state for TAFE, which is the Texas Association of Future Educators this year. I have also placed at districts, and qualified for finals at regionals this year for swimming. I also volunteer to help kids who can’t afford dance classes, and provide them the opportunity to learn and express themselves through movement. I have placed top 5 every year at dance competitions with my solos, duets, and group dances. Finally, I am currently being recruited by college dance teams to further my dream of dancing on a collegiate dance team.
